Digital Millennium Copyright Act
1. Overview
Mirror Webview (https://mirrorwebview.com/) is a tool that lets you open a link you provide in a full-screen webview, or preview it as an iPhone, Android, tablet, or mobile screen. We do not host, store, cache, or copy any content from third-party websites. When you use Mirror Webview, your browser connects directly to the original website's own server, the same way it would if you typed that address into your browser yourself. Mirror Webview does not upload, index, or maintain any copies of third-party content on our own servers.
Because of this, Mirror Webview itself does not host copyrighted material that could be the subject of a takedown request. If you believe a specific website is infringing your copyright, the correct next step is usually to contact that website directly, or its hosting provider. That said, we take copyright concerns seriously and have outlined our process below in case you believe our tool is being used in a way that facilitates infringement.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any behavior of the Mirror Webview tool (as opposed to a third-party website it displays) infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our designated contact with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location where it was accessed through Mirror Webview
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Please send this notice to rajbhaiweb@gmail.com. Incomplete notices may not receive a response, so please include all of the information listed above.
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will review it and take appropriate action within our control, which may include restricting access to a specific URL through Mirror Webview if we determine, at our discretion, that doing so is warranted. Please note that since we do not host third-party content, removing a link from working inside our tool does not remove the content from the internet or from the original website itself.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that a restriction placed on a URL was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification to us at rajbhaiweb@gmail.com, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the URL that was restricted and the location where it appeared before the restriction
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was restricted as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area
5. Repeat Infringement
While Mirror Webview does not host content, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to add specific domains or URLs to our hard-redirect or blocking configuration if we receive repeated, valid complaints associated with them.
